This website is the property of TN2M DISTRIBUTION. These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions under which you can use our website and the services we offer. This site offers visitors original electronic articles. The photos on the site are mostly our property and cannot be used without our prior agreement.  By accessing or using the website of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

These general conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods offered by www.eleino.com to the consumer.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

The products offered are those which appear on the www.eleino.com website of the company TN2M DISTRIBUTION, within the limits of available stocks. TN2M DISTRIBUTION reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description of its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not commit the Seller. The sale of the products presented on the website is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorise the entry of these products into their territory.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES

The prices are net (VAT 20%), indicated in euros and are valid only on the date of sending the order form by the consumer. They do not take into account the delivery costs, invoiced in supplement, and indicated before the validation of the order. The payment of the totality of the price must be carried out at the time of the order. The payment of the totality of the price must be carried out at the time of the order. ARTICLE 4 - METHOD OF PAYMENT 

Secure payment by Paypal or credit card (via the PAYPAL system): the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the "basket", modifies if necessary (quantities, references...), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer. Then, the buyer chooses the method of payment of his choice: "Payment by Paypal" or "Credit Card". The next step offers him to check all the information, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the button "Confirm my order". Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface PAYPAL in order to securely enter his Paypal account or personal credit card details. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by Paypal account or credit card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use of the latter, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the payment by card, the sums paid will then be recredited or refunded. The responsibility of the holder of a bank card is not engaged if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of his card. In order to obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the cardholder must contest the debit in writing with his bank within 70 days of the transaction, or 120 days if the contract binding him to the bank so provides. The amounts debited are reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written objection from the cardholder. The holder may not be charged for any costs incurred in returning the paid amount.

Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, the acknowledgement of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation to avail oneself of one's own terms and conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an e-mail address and if he has provided it on his order form, TN2M DISTRIBUTION, which manages the website www.eleino.com, will send him confirmation of the registration of his order by e-mail.

ARTICLE 5 - PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY

The order will be executed at the latest within a maximum period of 5 days from the day after the consumer has paid his order. In case of unavailability of the product ordered, including because of our suppliers, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the opportunity to cancel the order. The consumer will then have the choice to request either a refund of the sums paid within 30 days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the product. A product said "available" means that it is available from our supplier. A product said "in stock" means that we have it in our stocks.

ARTICLE 6 - TERMS OF DELIVERY 

The products are delivered to your address indicated on the order form (or other address of your choice to be specified when ordering) by the Post Office or private carrier.

Delivery times: The package is shipped after receipt and validation of your payment. The delivery is then made in 8 to 12 days in Europe (for items in stock).

​

Shipping costs: Shipping costs appear on the summary of your order; they are calculated according to the total amount of your order, including protective packaging. We take charge of part of the cost of delivery. To DOM/TOM and distant countries, the rates are indicative, they can be modified if the cost is higher than expected, in this case, we always contact the customer.

Delivery problems due to the carrier: Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken products ...) must be imperatively indicated on the delivery form as "handwritten reserves", accompanied by your customer signature. At the same time, you must confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within two (2) working days following the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt setting out the said claims. You will have to send us a copy of this letter by contacting us via the Contact Us tab with the subject "Delivery problems".

As with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may go astray. In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date we have indicated in the dispatch email, we ask you to inform us of this delay by calling us by telephone or by sending us an email. We will then contact the carrier to start an investigation. An investigation for a delivery in France can last up to 21 days from the date of the beginning of the investigation. For overseas and international deliveries, it can take up to 40 and 90 days respectively. If during this time, the product is found, it will be re-routed immediately to your home (in most cases). If on the other hand the product is not found at the end of the 21 days of investigation, the Post Office considers the parcel as lost. It is only then that we can send you a replacement product, at our expense. If the product(s) ordered were no longer available at that time, we would reimburse you the amount of the products concerned by the loss of the carrier. We decline any responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in the event of loss of products or strike. In addition, if a package is marked "delivered" on the tracking system and the customer has not received his package, he will have to turn against the carrier.

ARTICLE 7 - WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return.

The articles will have to be returned in their original state, so that you can benefit from the right of retraction. Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of retraction is exercised without penalty, except for the cost of return. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to request either a refund of the sums paid or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the reshipment will be at your expense. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, www.eleino.com will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within 1 month. The consumer will then be reimbursed by re-crediting his bank account in case of payment by credit card, or by check in other cases. The shipping costs incurred during the first delivery are not refunded. For purchases for which the shipping costs were offered, 5.90€ will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Returning goods: If you do not pick up your package or if you refuse the delivery of the package, the return of the package is charged to our company. In case of cancellation of the order and for purchases for which the shipping costs had been offered, we will deduct the same amount of 11.90€ from your refund. For those who have paid the shipping costs, we will deduct the sum of 9.90€. These conditions are also applicable in case of return shipment due to an addressing error during order entry.

ARTICLE 8 - PRODUCT WARRANTY

In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978 (France and EU), the provisions hereof may not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which requires the professional seller to guarantee against all consequences of latent defects of the thing sold. The consumer is expressly informed that www.eleino.com is not the producer of the products presented within the framework of the web site, within the meaning of the law n°98-389 of May 19, 1998 and relating to the responsibility because of the defective products. Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property by a product defect, only the responsibility of the producer of the latter may be sought by the consumer, based on the information on the packaging of the product. The conditions and duration of the producer's guarantee are indicated on the product sheets. TN2M DISTRIBUTION is not responsible for any sales made on Doqaus products by another company.

ARTICLE 9 - SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

The present conditions of distance selling are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of the Commercial Court of Versailles (France)
